Happy Holidays

I want to take this time to say thankyou to all whom have been with us throughout the past three years.  And to say, May your hooks be sharp, your line be taut, and your rod be bent.  Merry Christmas to all!  I HoPE you all have a safe and joyous new year!

SANTA

Today Santa came to town!  I had the honor of escorting him in.  Maeve was happy to see him!  As for the fishing tourney, I was told that Long Pond in Harwich is a no go.  So now I am attempting to have it at Mashpee Wakeby in the middle of August.  I will keep you all posted.  I HoPE everyone has a safe and Merry Christmas!

Early Christmas

It was like an early christmas today at our house.  I got my “new” fishing jerseys!   They came out AWESOME!  Thanks to Gemini Sport “G2” for the great design.  Check out a few of my “sponsors” web sites above.  And, Meggan got her letter from CCCC that she had been one of the ten out of sixty selected to take the phlobotimy coarse!!!  Very exciting!  Now I am just waiting for March to get out on the water again, it’s gonna be a long winter!

Maeve, she is doing well.  She still has her PIC line in and gets labs done every day.  She seems to be recovering slowly, but thats the way we like it.

I am currently starting to set up the “Fishing for HoPE” bass tournament.  I am HoPEing to have it in early August on Long Pond in Harwich.  My initial thoughts are to have 30-35 boats at $125-$150 per boat.  Which will give  payouts through 10th place, with 8-10 receiving atleast the entry fee, and a good size payout for “big bass”.  With a very nice donation to Families for HoPE.  I have not asked many folks if there would be any intrest, but it is the off season, and most are hibernaiting.

Update

Hi everyone,

I have just started this thing and it will take me a while to figure out…  We have just returned from a 1 week stay at Bostons Childrens Hospital, Maeve’s shunt malfunctioned.   Check out her care page for more info, it was a stressful week.  I am currently getting things ready for next season.  I bought a Bass Boat, a 1999 18 foot Stratos, the first thing I did was put a Families for HoPE sticker on her.  I am waiting for the delivery of my NEW and improved fishing jerseys, should be in this week.

I HoPE all is well fior all of you.
